To progressively enhance the Smart Surrey strategic plan initiated in 2015 and to wisely and securely modernize our city to achieve and demonstrate accountability, integrity, efficiencies, consensus and access to public information.

Will apply to and is not limited to healthcare, safety, security, education, mobility, environment, and economy.
We will continue to progress with the Smart Surrey Strategic Plan initiated in 2015, which integrated the Traffic Management Centre and digital services such as the MySurrey app, towards a kind, transparent, mindful, and dynamic future!
